Alaska born and raised, Abby is a mountain runner who also enjoys backcountry skiing, Nordic skiing, mountain biking, and foraging. She lives in the temperate rainforest community of Juneau Alaska; on Lingít Aani (land of the Tlingit). When she isn’t coaching high school cross country, you can find her eating berries in the high alpine or hunting for mushrooms in the forest with her canine training partner, Rémy. She enjoys competing in mountain and ultra races and is looking forward to racing longer distances in the future with Team Vibram.
