Born in Grenoble, one of the most important cities of the French alps, Samuel embraced mountain activities ever since he was a child, from alpinish to road biking to sky running. He discovered ski mountaineering at the age of 16, and in 2013 it developed into his passion. Known for being an athlete that makes a lot of positive gain every year, he decided to work on a mountain as a ski resort technicial at Alpe d'Huez in order to train daily and prepare himself for international competitions where he would represent Skialp Team Vibram and the French National Team.
