From 15 to 19 April 2024, Vibram will be present in two strategic locations of the Milan Design Week, the event dedicated to national and international design: the Fabbrica del Vapore, the heart of a multicultural district full of creativity, and the Vibram Connection Lab, since 2018 a spin-off of the company located in the Tortona District and dedicated to research and development, design and technologies.

The choice of the Fabbrica del Vapore, part of the new Zona Sarpi, a design district dedicated to Chinese design, underlines Vibram's historic link with the East, in particular with China, a country where the company started the production of its soles as early as 1998 and home to Vibram's first technological center, the Vibram Technological Center, a platform of technical excellence opened in 2009. The R&D center aims to expand the range of Vibram technologies and strengthen collaboration with the most important operators in the sector, building a network of qualified partners.

During the Fuorisalone 2024, the leading brand in the production of high-performance soles will therefore present a journey to discover the iconic Carrarmato sole developed in 1937, a real revolution in the world of mountaineering footwear, as well as the starting point of the constant research and innovation that have always characterized the history of Vibram.
