Adriano has had many years of experience in managing technological extraction companies with a strong drive towards research and development.

His professional experience includes twenty years at Pirelli where he held several positions, among others managing high technology in the pioneering of fiber optics. In 2000, he became the Managing Director of Optical Technologies Italy (OTI), a Pirelli Group company, maintaining this position even after OTI was sold to Corning Inc. (USA). In 2003, he took the helm of Avanex Italia with the same position.

He came to Vibram in March 2007.

Antonello GHIGNONE

Building his professional life in research and development, Antonello has been in charge of the innovation of materials (thermoplastic, composite, etc.) for over twenty years.

After a brief experience at the Donegani Institute of Novara and at Mazucchelli Celluloide, he went to Vetrotex Saint-Gobain.

As the R & D Manager, he coordinates Vibram's innovation activities, trying to best employ the diversified skills and synergies of the research centers in China, the United States and Italy. He has worked for Vibram since October 2006.

Rosanna DISABELLA

Rosanna gained much of her financial and administrative experience in flat-glass, spun glass and abrasives manufacturing companies. Having spent three years in L626 at a production facility, the factory has always been part of her professional life. Also, she was project manager of the SAP system onset, coordinating three European units (Italy, France and Spain).

She joined Vibram in 2006 as a consultant and was later elected to the position of CFO.

Stefania VINO

Stefania built her professional experience in hiring, training and union relations in multinational companies like Europe Assistance, Synstar Computer Services, KLM, and Antalis.

She has worked for Vibram since February 2008.

Kaku TUOYE

Kaku Tuoye, who is from Beijing, is a professional manager.

In 1985 he went to Japan where, after gaining his master degree in Economics, he assumed his posts in TOMEN and TOYOTA TSUSHO (both companies are top 500 companies of the world). Kaku has been in charge of various China investment projects throughout his career. From 2000 on, he took up his post of the Director/General Manager of the China project investment in TOMEN and resigned at the end of 2007.

He joined Vibram in April, 2009 and assumed his post as Director/General Manager of Guangzhou Vibram Rubber, China.

His belief is: to be proud of fulfilling his duties as a professional manager in his works. And his interests are mountain-climbing, skiing, photo-taking and classical music.
