This past Sunday February 27th Cesare Pisoni, the Italian athlete Vibram tester for snow sports, won for the fifth consecutive year the Italian Championship of snowboard mountaineering, setting a personal yet category record on the circuit of Lizzola (Bergamo, Italy).

Pisoni crossed the line before Giancarlo Costa and Giorgio Gontero, saving an increasing advantage throughout the whole race.

Cesare dedicated his victory to his father, mountain-passionate himself and departed a few days before the race.
