The Vibram sponsored Husqvarna team celebrated dual victories this past October 19th in Thessaloniki. Following Adrien Chareyre’s victory at the GP of Greece, the Husqvarna team celebrated his S2 class championship win as well as his conquest of the manufacturer’s title in the same category.
Also on the final S2 class podium was fellow Husqvarna rider Gérald Delepine, who finished in third place behind Davide Gozzini.
In the S1 class, Adrien’s brother and team mate Thomas Chareyre earned fourth place in the final standings, after arriving in fifth place at GP of Greece.
Adrien Chareyre and Husqvarna Team's victory in the 2008 edition of World Supermoto Championship confirms the value of VIBRAM® VSM, the soles with interchangeable sliders already used by Husqvarna riders when they won the 2007 edition.
