Timberland has always been sensitive to environmental issuess. For the new Steerfree, Vibram has produced a sole made of the Ecostep compound, using up to 30% recycled materials. The Steerfree is characterized by a “pedal-cushion” that offers greater durability and padding in the points typically subjected to heavy wear. The sole is also equipped with reflective pigments, which offer greater night visibility in urban traffic and a stiffening frontal system that guarantees flexibility for the feet and stability while pedaling, with a considerable increase in power. Thanks to the Ecostep compound, which uses up to 30% recycled materials, all of this comes with the utmost respect for the environment.
