The 2011 edition of the Ca.S.T.A., the Alpine Troops Ski Championships, is over. The athletes from many countries’ military corps (France, United States, Russia, Afghanistan..) took part in the sport week held in Alta Pustreia (Northern Italy) from January 30th to February 4th.

The Italian Alpine troops won some of the most coveted awards, like the prize for the Plattons race and the Golden Medals Trophy.

Vibram, official sponsor of the event, was "on the field" empowering the troops’ gear with the value added of its military high performance soles.
